Moments & Memories

Here are a few more video clips we've taken. The one with the puppy is at Grandma and Grandpa's house with Uncle Del's puppies. Nobody could believe that Grandma and Grandpa would let a dog in their house! However, it was freezing cold outside and all Logan wanted was the "ra" so they gave in. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa! The one in his high chair is our latest accomplishment. Logan is learning new songs, poems, rhymes and how to say the prayer. It is so dang cute! We just had to share! Our little bug (as Chloe is often referred to) is getting so big and they absolutely love each other. These have become some of our favorite moments and memories. Enjoy! ** Just a note, scroll down to the bottom of the blog and pause the song so you can hear the video without extra noise!

Back to Reality

Well, we are back in the real life mode and must admit it is nice to be back. Seth is 8-5 everyday and I've started school again. We've had some late nights between kids and homework but we are doing well.

Logan is so much fun. He is really good at trying us lately and seeing what he can get away with. The corner is becoming a new commonplace but he is learning. He talks non-stop and LOVES it when daddy comes home.

Chloe is growing like crazy. She weighs 10 pounds now and her favorite thing is to be wide awake when mom and dad are going to bed. She's made it through a beating with the remote, almost lost one eye, and a few large lego blocks to the head from her brother! She's going to be tough but we figured 3 beatings out of 6 1/2 weeks of life isn't bad!

Okay, so I've had these major "moments" lately. Call it emotions or whatever but I just had another one tonight and I'm going to share. Logan kept asking to hold Chloe. So, I'd put her in his arms and he'd just look at her and smile and talk and kiss her head. And the entire time he had her she'd grin so big! It was the cutest thing ever and I started to tear up. I realized just how innocent our little ones are and how "fresh" they are. They carry the love of Christ so perfectly. I hope to be like them someday. We are so blessed to have them in our lives.
