I'm so jealous that you have so much done on your storage. We are getting ready to start ours, I know we are way behind, we are just trying to figure out where to store it at. Looks like you guys are crazy busy but having fun too.
I think I would stress having you live in the same town as me, you know trying to keep up with the Skinners! Not really, I'd love it! I am way impressed with all your canning, etc. You totally motivate me, as always. I want to know more about the cheese please! Oh, and how did Logan's surgery go? Poor little guy.
